Gina began the practice of yoga 20 years ago. Working as a Deputy Sheriff at that time, a doctor recommended she look into yoga to gain more flexibility. Erin Kafieh is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200), RYT 500, YACEP, Holistic Health Advisor and Master Reiki Healer. She is a Registered Nurse who has worked in the healthcare industry since 1987. Brisma Garcia is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She received her training from Skinny Love/Inner Phoenix Yoga in Fontana, California in the Ashtanga practice. Ronald Moreno is a 200 hr certified yoga instructor. He was trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow through Skinny Love Yoga by Michelle Scarbrough. I am a teacher, a trainer, a warrior, a survivor, and my own best friend. I began my studies in Mysore, India and continued my training in Mindfulness, Zen practice, Buddhist studies, Koan practice, and clergy studies with Five Mountain Zen Order. As an ordained monk, I pursued my journey as a Dharma teacher.
