Class Description

Beginning Yoga

Introduction to yoga with emphasis on the basics: breathe, alignment and focus. Classes begin with gentle stretching and move into basic yoga postures. This is a great class for those who are new to yoga, those with injuries or if you just want to take it easy.

Beginning Ashtanga

A 60 minute introduction to Ashtanga yoga, a fast paced, traditional style of yoga in which the same poses are done in the same order overtime. The class encompasses breath synchornization with the poses. This is a good class for people with a basic understanding of yoga

Begin to Flow

This beginning level flow class will help you make the transition from Beginning Yoga to a Flow Vinyasa class. The class will focus on the basics of connecting poses in a safe and seamless way. Some knowledge of basic yoga poses is recommended.

Vinyasa Flow

This is a flow class that builds on a foundational knowledge of poses, breath and focus. You will transition through poses to encourage fluidity and movement. This is a good class for those who have a basic understanding of yoga and are working to transition to more advanced classes.

Power Vinyasa (95*)

A vigorous, fast paced class set to non-traditional music, designed to challenge the body physically in a room heated to 95 degrees. Be prepared to detoxify, decrease stress, shed pounds and HAVE FUN! This is an advanced class not recommended for beginners. PRENATAL students will not be allowed in this class.

Candlelight Flow

Join us for a gentle flow before bedtime. All levels welcome.

Restore & Meditate

Using breathing and meditation techniques, this class is designed to encourage relaxation and recovery. Postures are limited to restorative poses performed on the mat and held for extended periods of time. This class is good for any level yogi looking to gain a deeper understanding of pranayama and dhyana or to recover from a vigorous practice.

Yin Yoga & Reiki Meditation

This class consists of passive, restorative yoga poses, long holds and deep stretches combined with the use of props to facilitate deep relaxation of the body.

During a guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation, you will receive Reiki, a form of Japanese energy healing. Reiki complements this practice by encouraging the flow and balance of energy, calming both the body and mind.

Mindful Vinyasa & Reiki Meditation

This class moves to a steady pace by cycling through a series of standing and floor poses. It focuses on stretching, improving the joints, range of motion using functional mobility and synchronized with the breath. It promotes relaxation and stress reduction. Combined with the use of props, it is appropriate for all levels and ages of practitioners.
