Julie is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher who graduated from the Skinny Love Yoga teacher training program at Inner Phoenix Yoga.
She was born and raised in Southern California. Growing up with three older brothers, she was very active hiking, running, playing softball and cheerleading. As she matured, she became an avid cyclist and certified spin instructor.
Her love of fitness and wellbeing led her to yoga. She found yoga not only helped with fitness but also with her mental wellbeing. She strives to maintain her own practice and loves teaching other the benefits of yoga.
